Practice Management

If you wish to make enquiries about administration or non-medical aspects of the practice, please contact the Operations Manager, Sarah-Jane Jarrold, who is interested to hear suggestions about practice services.

All queries relating to business matters; contracts; health and safety etc should be directed to Neil Paterson, Business Manager.

Formal Complaints Procedure

If you wish to make a formal complaint about any aspect of your treatment please contact either our operations manager, Sarah-Jane Jarrold, or your own doctor. Your complaint will be acknowledged and fully investigated and you will receive a response following the investigations.

The Patient Experience Team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group (Tel 0800 2792535) may be able to assist you.

Making a complaint will in no way affect your future care.
