Doctor appointments are for 10 minutes

Consultations are normally booked at 10 minute intervals. The medicine we practice is increasingly complicated. In order to protect you (so that the doctor makes the right decisions) and in order not to delay the patients after you, we ask that you restrict consultations to one medical condition, rather than hope to have a number of unrelated problems dealt with at once.

Making an Appointment - either

1. On Line using SystmOnline

Registered patients can now book routine appointments with their doctor using SystmOnline.

If you do not already have a username and password for SystmOnline please contact reception.

2. By phone on 01223 364127

Patients are seen by appointment only. Patients with urgent problems will be seen the same day.

For same day appointments

Please ring as soon as possible after 8.15 am.

For non-urgent appointments

Please telephone between 10.00 am and 5.50 pm and book well in advance.

To cancel an appointment

If you need to cancel an appointment please let us know as it can then be allocated to someone else.

Please let us know if you can't make your appointment

255 people did not attend their appointment in January

If you are unable to attend an appointment that you have booked, please let us know so that we can offer that appointment to someone else that needs it.

If you know in advance that you will need longer for your consultation, please book a double appointment.
